They're really easy to make too! Just mix it all up, shape into burgers and grill/bake :) I like to experiment with spices so next time I might add some smoked paprika!

I'm currently restarting my low-carb diet. Today's food:
B: Two egg omelette with Lancashire cheese, three rashers of streaky bacon.
L: 4 slices of Tesco salami and 2 slices of prosciutto.
D: Home-made curry burgers...
