Hi I have to say I'm not overally happy about it. Usually if I wake up low during the night I feel sick with it and to have to consume more liquid does not appeal. I've always been able to get good response to licozade when low and it doesn't worry me that I won't be getting what I need to bring...
I've done yoga in the past and find it very good for relaxing especially the quiet bit at the end. Just really fancy running lots of friends do it and say they love it. Just need to feel healthier though I think overall
I'm on Lantau which I take in the morning and humalog for meals. Really need to get on a pump really. Had one given to me whilst I was pregnant but need one all the time. Would be better for exercise as well I think.
I'm after some advice. I'm wanting to lose about 3 stone in weight. I'm type 1 asthmatic and have ME (not a lot going for me really) I'd love to try running but don't want to end up putting more weight on trying to stop myself going low. Do you have any advice
