I take 18 units of levermir 12 hrs apart at 7am and 7 pm. I've found if I have my sugars between 8-9 before bed I wake up at 4-6. Maybe try upping it by one or two before bed. My nurse told me to keep my sugars around 8 before bed. She's a t1 herself. It worked for me. X Sent from the Diabetes...
