I am now moving on to 1 metformin tablet twice a day. I am struggling with fatigue lack of concentration getting bad headaches and feeling depressed. I just wanted to know if anyone else has had this problem or is it just me.
Hi @Lisajohann2014 yes I have started using a walking app on my phone aim to do 6000 to 8000 steps a day. Also started swimming as it is less on my joint impact as I suffer with arthritis too.

@amber22 my mum was diagnosed with glaucoma. If you are not diabetic you can have free yearly eye tests from the age of 40. As a diabetic your entitled to yearly test. If your have problems see your GP or Diabetic nurse and ask for an opthalmic referal to the hospital.
