Had to come off of Metformin. Chronic upset stomach. Gave it a good go though.

Sadly when I did cut off at 6pm I end up with being too low in the morning. So back to a small snack at 8pm.

I tried 7pm cut off. Ended up with very low count upon waking in the morning plus hypo . Now back to a snack at 8.30pm, and back to normal numbers.

Been able to stop eating after 6.30pm. Hard at first but used to it now. But with it being very hot where I live I sometimes eat a nice Ice Cream after 7pm . Only now and again
