I have found 2 creams that are working for. Day : Thank you. Tried O'keef's. Found Vaseline Advance Repair. I use it during day. At night : Scholl expert care. Get them from Amazon. Heat effects my feet badly. When indoors wear Bamboo socks. Keeps my feet very cool.

Had to come off of Metformin. Chronic upset stomach. Gave it a good go though.

Sadly when I did cut off at 6pm I end up with being too low in the morning. So back to a small snack at 8pm.

I tried 7pm cut off. Ended up with very low count upon waking in the morning plus hypo . Now back to a snack at 8.30pm, and back to normal numbers.
