stress, constant sleep deprivation, 0 exercise, eating fist full of sugars, BMI 41.5 - morbidly obese
2019/7
Diagnosed T2 HbA1C: 93, Blood Glucose: 15.3, Blood pressure: 140/92, BMI: 39,7, kidneyes maybe ok based on blood tests ordered by non DB doctor. Started taking 2000mg Metaformin and 100mg Januvia, diet & no sugars, ok exercise.
2019/8: Blood Glucose: 8.0, Blood pressure: 142/90, BMI: 38,4, work started, stress, no exercise. started insulin 6 units, 2000mg Metaformin and 100mg Januvia
2019/9: HbA1C: 53, Blood Glucose: 5.6, Blood pressure: 142/95, BMI: 37, complication in legs, stress x 100, no exercise. insulin 18 units, 2000mg Metformen and 100mg Januvia
2020/1: HbA1C: 31.2, 1500mg Metforem, BG: 5.6, Blood pressure 123/90.
2020/3: Turned 48 and week later co-workers at my office started being diagnosed with CORVID-19, contagion source being traced to our office. Week later in fever and coughing.
