    I have lost 6-7 kg weight over last 6 months unplanned. I checked my random sugar today and was 18. I know now that I need to control my diabetes much better from now onwards. I must admit I haven't been following duet as a diabetic for a little while. I am on mettle in, glyptins and hoi lazier.
