Diabetes has been in the family for years.

I was diagnosed in 2005 ish.

Alas I drink too much, a functioning alcoholic probably.

Trying to turn that corner.

Diabetes does not seem to affect my life style, but they say that it will catch me out in the end.

Lets hope this forum spurs me to eat and drink more sensibly...
