As far as the munchies I down a bottle of water and it works for me.......but I toke just before bedtime and don’t have the “munchie “ effect..........I also live in Canada where we have a large assortment of weed to choose from that also has different effects on the system..........
I’m within my norms .....again.......my point it’s easy to lose your focus and let it slip away........then having to start over.........but I’m on my way to drop 40 lbs which will go a long way in keeping and making it easy to maintaining my readings.......yes this was last April......
Lots of work and the will......and losing that stomach fat.....I’m now half way thru. A 12 week program on metformin and careful diet.....that being said I did lose 27 lbs. before the program started
Seems I can’t get lower than 8.5 and 9.5 for morning fast.......I’m still experimenting with different options for my evening meal......but it’s better than 16.0.........
Been on it for 9 years......but I only take it when needed as a sleep aid in the Summer........I get up at 3:30 in the morning due to having be on my job at a golf course at 4:30.......and going to sleep when the sun is shinning is tough
I’m doing 3 at 500 for90 days .....taking one at 11:00 Pm has dropped my morning readings to around 10.5.......but still not there yet.....still have 5 weeks on this program
Thank you.....and you’re right....while I know everyone means well and my head wants to explode with all their opinions.........everyone is different......I’m half way thru a program with my Dr. Of 27 years and knows my history as well as me.....I’m on metformin for the time being for 90 days...
