Hi. I have just been reading the prediabetic recipes and I'm confused about the use of cooking with olive oil as I thought that cooking with olive oil was a bad thing and best used cold in salads etc. Also the use of sweeteners worries me. What do you think.?

Hi . Can anyone tell me what I should do I was told I'm prediabetic about a week ago. I am feeling unwell tonight with feeling sick and faint. This the second night it's happened. I am confused about diabetes. Appointment to be seeing Dr on the 16 June but think I should go tomorrow if possible.
