    Timing of my dose's

    I have had type2 Diabetes for a while now and use insulin twice a day. I should (I think) take my 2nd dose before dinner, but I hardly ever reminder to. Then in the morning my BGL is to high. My question is...Is it ok to space out the dose to about 10 to 12 hours apart instead of like the 6...
