It’s a juvenile insulin. Normally offered to be taken twice daily. I was put on it at the start. I ended up in hospital due to high bloods, then changed over to lantus and fiasp. It depends if T1 or T2 though?!
I’ve made the same mistake and treated with lift tablets as eating to correct makes me sick. I’m allergic to all latex’s and can’t wear a CGM. Had a brain haemorrhage at 40 so I write my Lantus injection in the note section on contour app.
If you have the newer iPhones you can pair to ear implants! I am partially sighted and have hearing problems, my phone flashes, vibrates and sounds the alarm. It has woken me at night. I also use the Libre 2. Hope this helps.
