Mrs.R

I am a retired Cafe manager, diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 9 years ago. Managed to keep it under control with diet and exercise (ugh) Now taking metformin as I have recently been diagnosed with Idiopathic Thrombocytopenia Purpura, (ITP) this is a blood disease that causes the body to destroy its own platelets, resulting in easy bruising, unexplained rashes, unexpected bleeds and extreme tiredness & lethargy. Hence not being able to exercise.
