I think they are about 4 1/2 hours ahead. We are only going for 10 days and I know I usually need a few days to see the effects of Tresiba anyway so a bit stumped!- Mrselbows

Adjusting insulin when flying East
Hi, I am going to Sri Lanka this week and was looking for advice on when to have my long acting tresiba, which I normally have at 9pm. When flying west I usually take my long acting at the same time as in the U.K., so around 4pm if 5 hours behind, and this seems to work ok. However, this will...- Mrselbows
