    I start injections of insulin in January, still learning every day. Out for meals is the worst. I got one of these and it has helped. It does take a lot of time to get use to doing it

    Hi Tim, I have been on Trulicity for about 6 months. I am also on Metformin and recently started using insulin. In the first couple of weeks I had a couple of minor stomach cramps, but nothing serious. I had no other side effects. Found it to helpful with BG control. Hope it works for you

    Travel cool bag for insulin pens

    Frio bags come in various size. The inner part is immersed in water. The evaporation of the water creates the cooling effect for the insulin. Works both for vials and pens. Your diabetic medication should never been put in the aircrafts baggage hold, but should be in your hand luggage.

    Anxiety

    @emily deacon I’m here for you. Been type 2 for 10 years and just been put on insulin. Some days are good some days not so good. Stress/anxiety is our worst enemy. I go for a walk to try and reduce this. Here whenever you need to chat
