    Confused what to do when this happens?

    Hi, I also take Lantus and Apridra with at least one meal a day. If I run a bit low I reduce the amount of fast acting insulin with meals. If it is still a problem, I would reduce the Lantus by 2 units every 3 days until they are more stable. Hope you are soon sorted! Sally

    I am a type 2 diabetic, with good control. However my GP has changed my treatment. I was on metformin, gliclazide and HumulinI, but I was having too many hypos.
