    Well....5.9 just now..0930. Overnight, had severe left leg ache, and foot tingling. Had to dose up on tramadol, then codeine.

    Aha... yes...hit the nail on the head..! I had assumed it was the tramadol, plus ibuprofen tablets taken at 4am that was responsible. Taking these due to painful tingling left leg and both feet that wakes me up. I also take 1 x 10mg nortriptiline before bed to help with the pain. Last night...

    Strange...this morning it was 6.5. Last night went to bed early (8pm) as extremely fatigued. Had nothing to eat or drink for 13 hours either....

    I am only on 1 x 40 mg gliclazide tablet, usually taken after late afternoon/evening meal. Since being diagnosed back last march, I have generally avoided all the mars bars, crunchies, wine gums that I used to get through on a regular basis..! All shopping done now heads for anything low on...
