Just wondering if anyone knows whether there are any diabetics groups that meet in the north east?? Have heard about one in London called Circle D which sounds fab (just socialising on a regular basis but also with the opportunity to chat diabetes if they want to share experiences)... :D

I've been diabetic for 28 years... Had pretty good control until the last year or so. I don't know anything about pumps.. what are they and why would we want to use them instead of injecting?? :)
