Hi all I work on a 5 week rota 1 week of the 5 I work nightshift so I'm taking my meds at a later time on this particular week My issue is my fasting bg seems to have gone up to 7 from around 5 or 6 Could it be because I'm sleeping later and taking meds later l'm slightly confused by this...

My fasting blood sugars are between 5 & 6.5 on a morning before food or meds My question is does getting up at around 4am affect blood sugar levels

Hi all I'm new on this forum My recent hbac1 was over 7 I'm doing the healthy eating thing .And been testing my blood sugars in the mornings they have come down to between 5 and 6after sleep my question is is this about average
