    pre-diabetes, fasting blood sugars.

    Oh Dear! I'm not even sure if I'm pre diabetic now. The highest I've had more that twice of my fasting blood sugar is 5.6. But I have stopped out the things I suspected they were the cause. And also cut down my carbs a little. Xx
