Hi. I'm 58 - sociable, funny, good cook, singer.
I have four cats. Love performing/ cinema/ choral concerts especially in beautiful churches, passionate about Georgian Polyphony.
Favourite film,,,the Draughtman's Contract - Peter Greenaway.
I have several auto-immune diseases and diabetes.
Insulin resistance...trying to low carb. Hypo-thyroidism...I find insulin puts on the belly fat and waist has long since disappeared.
Have tinnitus, asthma and Migraines, spinal stenosis and cyst in lumbar spine.
I was extremely active as a child/young adult - cycling, tennis, walking, dancing, now Pilates is just about doable if its a class for remedials.
Am increasingly intolerant to carbs and the grehlein switch has most definitely kicked in. As in the evenings once I start eating I don't seem able to stop.
