    Hi everyone. This week was quite difficult. Although not hungry and well respecting my 20gr carbs and even less, keeping lipids and proteins at right levels, I didn't lost one gramme. Even if disappointed, I feel good. Now, you know how it can be demoralising when you do not lose anything :-)...

    Defìnitely coffe/cream is a good tool and I love it. Now, am still just too nauseous in the morning to eat anything of this type, so I am fasting... but, later in the evening I enjoy it. Yesterday, I managed to get 2100cal, 20g gl, 177g lip and 135g prot. Seems to be working well for me as lost...

    Forgot to say I'm easily "fasting" now, so have no breakfast but only lunch and dinner with no snack except a coffee with full cream in the evening. Seems you do fast as well @bulkbiker Surprinsigly not that difficult... Hoping I will look as slim as you do And have the same success as all...
