Just wanted to ask if cgm's are worth it? I'm type 2 diabetic and take Metformin night and the morning. I check my blood sugar numbers every day but unsure if a cgm would be the right route. Any input would be greatly appreciated

I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes 2 years ago. My numbers were in the 300s and 400s but now have dropped to the mid 100s. I am hoping to maintain these numbers with help from dieting and excercising.
