    Novo rapid flex pens

    Hi I have had an entire box of faulty pens. Previous box had 3 faulty pens. I contacted the manufacturer wh replied that my doctor or pharmacist would have to report and return them Anyone else had a problem? NHS wasting a lot of money on faulty items they don't know exist.
