I am fortunate not to be diabetic yet but trying to follow the principles. I need to get back in the zone but my back has been very sore and so hard to find a healthy meal to just grab without standing cooking. Something on toast had beckoned too often.

Wow I have seen pickled eggs in fish and chip shop but never tried. Might try one in beetroot jar to start. Will finish beetroot first!!!!

Thanks Mark I did realise I had more fruit than usual. Normally stick to berries and I know bananas not good but potassium tends to be low so occasionally have half an almost green one

Managed to eat no carbs but did have quite a lot of fruit. Worried about waking up hungry as really bad sleeper but did sleep well. Also had my line dancing class and did 10000 Feel very tired this morning so that is not good for motivation
I am planning to follow low carb plan but usually have half a banana each day as my potassium on low side. Advice please
