I’m think of just doing weights to start to be honest because I’m nervous about a long run used to do loads and I’m a skinny lad so think my sugars would just plumit , what would you suggest for a start of at home like what setup so I know I’d be safe then I can progress to gym.

And does it constantly feed insulin if so what is it working out on the ratio as you aren’t eating all time so is it injecting a unit every hour how does that part work

Right so let’s say you eat lunch and have 50g of carbs you would put that into the pump and then it would work it out based on the 1:7 ratio you have entered between them times

Yeah different for everyone but I’m type 1 and I deffo sweat a lot when hypo and go white pale every time but yeah I would deffo check with the parent for there signs
