    When I phoned Abbott they told me to offload the app and then reinstall it. I had to restart my phone after this.

    I have an iPhone SE that’s up to date on updates and the app (freestyle LibreLink) version is 2.10.1.7653. The app doesn’t need updating either.

    Type 1 I've just had 4 Libre sensors fail in one go. One after the other!? I now have none and the 4th is being held on by a patch. Anyone else?

    I’ve had this! I’ve put on two sensors today and neither would be recognised by the app. Abbott are sending 2 replacements but I’m wondering the same as you- if they’ll think I’m taking the mick if these don’t work too!

    I’ve tried two brand new Libre 2 sensors today and neither are being recognised by the app. Is anyone else having the same problem? I put a new one in outside the pharmacy this afternoon after putting in an emergency prescription and even that didn’t work! I’ve been in contact with Abbott...
