    Try 2 tablespoon of natural peanut butter with 3 celery stalks (1 serving). It's not carb free, but just 8.5 grams. :)

    How about starting your day with a smoothie? Try this one: In a blender, mix one cup each of fresh or frozen strawberries and Almond milk adding around 1-3 ounce of Greek yogurt (your brand with 1g sat fat, 12grms card 100 cal.) Puree until it’s thick and smooth. Enjoy!
