Hi to all, I have just joined the forum and I am hoping someone might be able to help.
I have recently quit smoking and my blood sugar has gone down a fair bit. I am type 2 and normally around 5 before a meal.
It went as low as 3.6 a couple of days ago. Has anyone experienced similar?
