Diagnosed as T1 in 1950. Had a wonderful life on Porcine Insulin. Forced to change to Humulin insulins in 1980's and then onto analog insulins in late 1990's,early 2000's. As a result of the modern insulin dynamics, I have become a total mental
recluse. No energy or motivation, loss of focus, concentration, cognizance, memory loss, extreme weakness, zero tolerance and very mean. I feel like **** and do not know what to do about it. Hbac1 for last 5 years 6.0 - 6.5. Physical Health excellent.
I do not know what to do to even start feeling better. Anti-depressants a big no and do not help. When no insulin is injected I feel fine and have a zeal for life, however as soon as I have injected I start to feel like **** after 1/2 hour.
Any advice out there.
