    I have had gastric trouble with uncontrollable bowel problems et. For 18 mo this. Various tests etc all negative. My diabetic doc advised me to stop metformin and within 2 days, tummy trouble stopped. I was really depressed about it and I now am diarrhoea free except get some other side effects...

    Help please : hereditary Type 2 for last 5-6 years. Diarohea for last 18 months on and off and has got worse recently. BG recently varies from 10 mml/l to 21mml/l. Suffering from Candida. So what is cause and effect? Dr has advised to stop SR metformin to see if it stops diarohhea. We o...
