    Yes my diabetic consultant phoned to see how I was, as my appointment had been cancelled. I can call the diabetic nurses anytime

    I never snack, unless my blood sugar drops. Normally I eat 3 meals a day.

    Annual blood test and diabetes checks still happening?

    I am type1 and have not been able to have a blood test but my diabetic consultant did phone me asking how I was getting on. Did I have any problems etc. I keep my diabetes well controlled.

    What are you doing to keep covid out of your home

    Even before the virus after shopping the first thing I did was wash my hands, I used antiseptic wipes on anything I purchased, wiped any door I had touched and my keys.

    I eat salad with tomato and peppers but have never had a bad glucose reaction.

    Honey....is it ok?

    I am type 1 and find honey is just like sugar. I see recipes that state they are sugar free and they use honey, don't be fooled it's just not true.

    33 weeks + 5 days and still not being told much...

    Things were very different 30 years ago when I had my first daughter, the I nsulin was terrible and I spent the first 6 months eating and hypo's. My daughter was delivered by cesarean at 37 weeks, my second daughter a year and two weeks later at 38 weeks cesarean again. Things are much better...

    I guess it depends if your type 1 or 2 ? For type 1 it's easier if you overdo it a little you can balance it out with a couple of units of insulin. Low carbon I guess is harder.
