    Morning all, 7.5 today. Still a bit all over the place, but on the positive my flare is easing a bit! Off to Wells this am to go to Christmas market - hopefully not too manic - and to collect mother-in-law. I'm actually looking forward to her coming to stay.....I must be ill! Have a good day...

    Thank you, I have decided to go as your right, if I have something stronger it’s better than not! I have been to the pain clinic. I’ve also been on a short pain course. I’m waiting to go on a intensive pain course run by Salisbury Hospital. Normally my flare ups only last a week or so...

    I have had many strange journeys as a result of sat navy! Sometimes it's quite nice but can be a pain!
