Poll: Which diabetes course(s) have you attended?

Hi folks. I was d T2 in Feb. 2917. I am now 65 and have been following a Low Carb/ Healthy Fat diet and lost 2 stone 7 lbs. I have had virtually no help except from healthy cookery books and my nurse within my GP centre. This forum is my lifeline.
