It was my choice to go on Omnipod as there is no tubing & want to go the pump it’s just the insulin the Hosp want me to use & the memories of what my life was like the last time I used Novo Rapid

We use Panda Flour all the time now it’s a better taste than Almond flour and as others have said. Yes, it may look expensive but for the quantity you use in a recipe you only need about 30g of Panda to 100g of almond or standard flour you need for the recipe
