    Well done! I have been type 1 for over 3 years and I am no where near constant with my figures. I can't find anything that fills me up, gives me my nutrition levels and tastes good! Outcome is constant hunger and high figures. No hope for me then

    I just started cider vinegar last night. Wondering how much I should take and when I, should take it. It is a vile drink even with water added! How is it working for you?

    what are your favorite drinks to quench thirst?

    I like the sparkling friut water drinks from most supermarkets. Lemon and limefrom usual names and orange and manderine from Sainsburys. Put it in the fridge and get it cold as it hits the spot. You should go for a bit of exercise to lower the sugar level in your body though.

    When I went to my GP and clinic nurse, they thought I had late on set T2. I could not understand this as I was 55 or 56 at the time and I have never been over 11 stone in my life. I had been in the forces and was very fit and kept this up until recently. My weight dropped to just over 9 stone...
