, weight112.95 kg - was diagnosed with Covid so was on steriods, insulin and metformin. 28 September 2021 stopped all medication and was advised to continued with 2x500g metformin a day, but chose to try and diet control instead

, weight 105kg - agreed with GP that I could continue with diet control. Introduced exercise of walking daily 30-60 mins
20th January 2022 HbA1c 37, weight 90.8kg. Added HIIT and continued walking. Heavy family and work activities disturb my exercise routine often and notice when I do not exercise my figures start to creep up.
