The Federation Brewery up here in the north east used to do something called LCL or low carbohydrate larger. We used to call it low cost lunacy.

I work for a large group that makes ready meals. Not sure I would trust the carb count on the side of the packaging. They fiddle that much with the sauce to get the right consistency by either adding water if it's too thick or starch if it's too thin.

I just google it. Most products have a nutrition page somewhere.

I used to have a lot of problems with the Guardian 4 until I started using my arm All I do is apply the sensor, plug the transmitter in then put the 2 tapes just over the top of sensor and transmitter. I don't faff about with how Medtronic tell you to do it and I've not had any problems since...

Hi. I can get into my medical reports through my GP's web site, but they are gobbledygook to me. So I copy and paste then into Microsoft Co-pilot and it translates them into something anyone can understand.

Since I started using my arms and not my stomach I've had no failures. I know it's a pain to apply the sensor one handed but it's worth sticking with and it does a get a lot easie.

I seem to remember Medtronic saying the Simplera would initially be 7 days but they would increase it to 14 days eventually.

Hi Has anyone else in the UK had the email from Medtronic saying they are starting the Simplera roll out? Just wondering how long away it will be before we get actual sensors.

How do you do that? Do you have 2 transmitters?
