    Hello, I haven't been diagnosed but decided to get a monitor to check, I got an Accucheck Instant. On a morning it is 6.2 and an hour or so after my evening meal it's around 4. I read somewhere that it should be at its lowest in the morning. What are your thoughts please? Thanks Phil
