Scanning problems update: if you are still having problems scanning your pens, power down your phone, wait for minute or so, then power up again. This also helps to reset the electronics.

Hi, I had the same issue with my novopens. I was able to work around by the following method: 1) on your phone switch off wifi, bluetooth and nfc. 2) wait for a few seconds 3) switch on nfc only. 4) in the libre app, try to add your pen as new. the app says 'you already registered this pen.'...
