    Don't have sex unless you feel ready for it. Other than that, you'll probably want to light a cig- not a good idea nowadays. :D

    I partake about once a week, either scotch or a martini. Since my BG is around the 17mmol, The effect of lowering my sugar is welcome. However I am concerned about getting false readings.
