Does anyone else find their blood sugar seems to be affected by stress more than food sometimes? I've noticed my readings can be higher on stressful days even when I eat the same meals. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, what helps you manage it?

Yes, I've noticed exactly the same. Since the weather warmed up my blood sugars seem to drop much faster than usual and I've had to keep a closer eye on them. Glad to know it's not just me.
