Thanks for reply. The last meal was at 5.30pm night before and I had chicken and veg. The fasting blood test at surgery was at 9am. Just a mouthful of water about 7am. I am on a low fat diet due to cholesterol. I have noticed on some postings about what you eat and when as to how it alters...
I enquired as on your web site it mentions being pre-diabetic at those levels and you can delay the onset of diabetes. I do not want to go to my GP and be labeled paranoid. I try to stay away from hospitals and doctors :lol: Thank you for your quick response.
