Yes - the NHS can provide this
My husband has a Glucomen Areo as his NHS provided meter - it can test for ketones as well as glucose. He got it as a replacement for his old meter at a hospital appt in 2020. You just need the ketone strips. Hub has both types of strips on hiss repeat...
Just popping by to say that after 8 months of maintaining my weight I'm still happily keeping going :)
April 2017 I weighed 115.1kg - lost weight over 8 months to reach a goal weight if 68kg.
Today I weigh 63.9kg
Keep going - there is no end to this - but giving up is by far the worst option.

Up 0.3kg from last week - blaming that on a few very sedentary days writing reports :O - but basically still maintaining :)
5th April 2017 I weighed 115.3 kg - BMI 39.8
Today I weigh 65.0 kg - BMI 22.4
5.3 !? What's that about - thought I was happily back in the 4s - grumpity grump
Should have used Hubby's monitor as it always reads 0.5 lower than mine :D
3.9 today after lots of walking yesterday.
Sneaked an extra night at our caravan - hubby left for work at 6am and so i squeezed in a long early morning walk :)
