    Sandwiches

    I use Danish by Warburton 67cal per slice (like nimble) or Sainsbury's pittas 137cal. I also recommend reading prof. Roy Taylor's book on reversing type 2 diabetes and life without diabetes (all proceeds go to diabetes uk). Frightening read but very effective. I am now in remission.

    Can’t believe the difference with low carb

    Morning, lamb or vegetable mousaka without potatoes, or courgette ricotta and spinach lasagna all very tasty
