Luckily there are more and more service stations that have M&S or Waitrose which give some good option for low GI if I havent prepared anything myself.... i havent tried the cheese "cigars" yet. I will be sure to look out for these next time! :)
i saw this somewhere else and have been having a small amount of dark chcolate in attempt to wean myself of Dairy milk as well! Like you say nibble it and let it slowly melt is the way forward! :)
Buffets are quite hard to resist!!! I find I have to prepare at all times otherwise there are too many temptations out there. This applies everyday and at every mealtime. If i have the right food with me im happy to eat it and dont miss carbs, if I dont have the right food with me I can find...
