Like most of us On here like food too much , did the Newcastle diet for eight weeks , it worked but eventually put the weight back on a couple of years later . Trying it again over 12 weeks. Hoping this time the weight loss will continue and be sustainable. I’m vlogging it on YouTube on my channel called Primemutton . If my experiences help anyone that would be fantastic. In the covid period my weight ballooned , getting medical appointments is so difficult during the pandemic so I’ve taken matters into my own hands . I know i should be consulting my doctor but my blood sugar got so high drastic action was needed.
