    Hello all ! I'm Sarah Jayne aged 42 and diagnosed as type 2 in 2008 BUT rediagnosed as LADA is 2015...likes spending time with my fiance our dog and 2 cats...makes my own jewellery as hobby. Done the DAFNE Course 2 yrs ago.
