Does anyone with gastroparesis still manage to have a low carb/ketogenic diet?
If so what sort of things do you eat when you need to consume mostly liquid nutrition/low fibre?

Hello I’m non insulin dependant and take no medication. In the past 10 months I’ve been in ketoacidosis twice.
I was wondering is there anyway to manage mild ketoacidosis at home and if not what do you do in the mean time before you can get to hospital to make yourself feel better when you’re...
I developed diabetes at BMI 15.4!
Also since you had GDM you’re more likely to develop T2D and if your mother had DM when pregnant with you that also increases the likelihood.
However I’d make an appointment with an endocrinologist because it can take a while after stopping breast feeding for...

Thank you for the welcome!
This morning I had an awesome reading of 5 but I have essentially been doing keto in combination with walking 2+hrs a day to get that.
I’ve always wondered if you can feel hyper when you aren’t truly hyper. Like if I’ve had a good run of low normal BGLs 8-11mmol/L makes me feel insanely tired and thirsty :/
I’m untyped.
Do you have a dietician you can work with? I only take a bunch of supplements because of gastroparesis making it difficult to eat sufficient nutrients at times.
The supplements I take always change because it’s very easy to overdo it with supplements which can do more harm than...
