If you google the side effects of the 14mg tablets to see if you have any common effects yourself, may be an indication on whether you are on the tablet or placebo. If you check your blood glucose and it is normal that is also a good indication.

Hi yes I am on the second month of 14mg or placebo and I am going to bed similar time as you . On most nights I now wake at 3am virtually on the dot ,don't know why I never did before. It isn't every night but most. However I can go back to sleep but it takes a while.
